The Gaiman/Palmer book, Who Killed Amanda Palmer is currently being printed, is available for pre-order noon est 4/20, and will ship July 15. The cloth covered hard bound book will have a first edition of only 10,000. The website from which you may order, JSR's webstore states that the release date is July 7. (Notice that is different than the shipping date for the pre-sales).
