Sparklehorse / Danger Mouse / Flaming Lips

So you may have read a million times or more over these past few years that Sparklehorse and Danger Mouse are working together on on an album. Well it's true and there is finally some news via Paste Magazine. It's tentatively titled [I]Danger Mouse and Sparklehorse Present: Dark Night of the Soul[/I]. It will feature contributions from The Flaming Lips, James Mercer (The Shins), Julian Casablancas (The Strokes), Iggy Pop, Suzanne Vega, Frank Black (a.k.a. Black Francis,) Vic Chesnutt, The Cardigans' Nina Persson and Jason Lytle (Grandaddy). Visuals will be handled by none other than David Lynch. Now if all of that doesn't sound worth waiting for - you're more jaded than I.
