William S. Burroughs: A Man Within is the debut feature film by Chicago based film maker Yony Leyser. Some of you may have previously read posts here about a rough cut shown at the films fund raiser / spoken word performance/ Burroughs art exhibit.
The official world premier of the film, William S. Burroughs: A Man Within will occur January 22 at The Slamdance Film Festival. Iggy Pop, Genesis P-Orridge, Jello Biafra, Sonic Youth, Laurie Anderson, Gus Van Sant, David Cronenberg, and John Waters are featured in this excellent documentary.
