Good Charamel Releases Good J Rock
Indie Label Good Charamel Records Releases Good J Rock
The J Rock enthusiast label is owned by Robby Takac (Goo Goo Dolls). The roster includes Shonen Knife, a band that never fails to make me happy, and believe me ladies and gentlemen, that's no easy feat. They sing about yummy food, being cats, riding bicycles, liking Redd Kross, & eating bad oysters. What more do you need?
Here's "Bad Luck Song" from the new Shonen Knife album Overdrive.
And here are two new videos from Good Charamel artists Molice and Pinky Doodle Poodle.
Molice "Sensitive City "
Pinky Doodle Poodle "Cosmic Candy"
Pinky Doodle Poodle will begin their American tour June 28.
Sample the wares of Good Charamel Records via the streaming music player on their website where you will also find tour dates and a link to a swanky J Rock blog.
See Shonen Knife on their North American Tour beginning September 14 and check out the J Pop Summit Festival July 19&20 at Union Square in San Francisco. For more information and to purchase music visit www.goodcharamel.com
