MP3/ Jen Wood To Release First Album in 8 Years

Jen Wood will release her first album in eight years via New Granada on September 14. Wood said of the release "This album is about finding the light inside the darkest places of my mind and my past"

Trivia:
Originally one half of the mid-90's duo Tattle Tale, Wood went on to record and release a string of albums, EP's & singles as a prolific singer/songwriter in her own right. Known for her delicate and gorgeous voice, she has appeared on some high profile releases including the Postal Service's landmark 2002 album Give Up, singing the duet "Nothing Better" with Benjamin Gibbard as well as providing the backing harmonies for the single "Such Great Heights". Additional vocal appearances include releases by Jeremy Enigk, Black Heart Procession, Rosie Thomas and Joan of Arc.
