Richmond Va's ILAD released their debut The Spoon in 2005. The follow up release National Flags, was recorded at Chicago’s SOMA studios with John McEntire (Tortoise, The Sea and Cake, Stereolab, etc.). Here//There is due out July 2009, with a follow up EP called We Still Gawn Move recorded during the same sessions.

ILAD has shared the stage with The Sea and Cake, Thao Nguygen and the Get Down Stay Down, Death Vessel, among many others. ILAD will be touring in support of its upcoming release Here//There, set for release on SYJIP Records on July 28th, 2009.
