Friday, June 5th the Sundance Channewill begin airing Robyn Hitchcock: I Often Dream of Trains concert film. Filmed in New York in the latter part of last year, the film is directed and shot by John Edginton.
Dressed in vintage "Hitchcockian polka dots," and playing a matching polka dot guitar, Hitchcock is joined by Terry Edwards (keyboards, horns, bass, and vocals), and Tim "Captain" Keegan (guitar, vocals).
Yep Roc will release a DVD of Robyn Hitchcock: I Often Dream of Trains later this year.

Additionally Robyn Hitchcock & the Venus 3's album Goodnight Oslo, the follow up to Ole! Tarantula is now available. The band is comprised of R.E.M's Peter Buck (guitar), Scott McCaughey (The Minus 5, Young Fresh Fellows, R.E.M.) on bass, and drummer Bill Rieflin (Ministry, R.E.M.). The album features guest vocals from Colin Meloy (The Decemberists) and Sean Nelson (The Long Winters, Harvey Danger).
