Super Festival Pass:
Early bird pricing until August 31st: 175$+tx
After it's 225$+tx until September 30th.
After September 30th, it's 275$+tx.

Pop Passes. This pass is described as "made for those who wish to discover the up-and-coming artists that are perhaps still under the radar. You can potentially get in anywhere as long as the show isn't at capacity. Be prepared to bounce if the room is full. There are no RSVP or guest list options (that's what the Super Festival Pass is for) but you can still catch a lot of great programming. All that for only 75$."
Plus, if you buy 5 passes there is a $10 discount, making each pass $65 + tx.

Transportation:
You can also rent a bike for the 5 days and take full advantage of the festival. The rental costs $100, which includes a 50$ deposit that will be given back when the bicycle returns to the renter before 11:59 PM on October 4, 2009. You can come pick up your bike anytime at the registration point between 11 AM and 6 PM from Sept 30 to Oct 4.
Package #1: Super pass + bike rental: only 250$ + taxes (until August 31th).
Package #2: Pop pass + bike rental: only 165$ + taxes
