Legendary Punks Naked Raygun Plot Tour and Plan 7" Series

Naked Raygun recently entered the studio (Transient Sound in Chicago, to be specific), for the first time in over a decade. (Boys, you make us wait so long). The session marks the bands first new material since 1992 and their first official recording since 1997. THe resulting songs will be issued as a series of 7" records, the first going on sale at Riot Fest. As is the tradition with Naked Raygun, fans get more band for their buck, and early buyers will receive extra goodies, including an mp3 download card.

Naked Raygun headlines Riot Fest in Chicago, and follow with an east coast tour. Some of the towns on the tour have not had the pleasure of 'Raygun's company in about twenty years. And young punks and lovers of solid rocknroll will be in for a treat. Paint It Black and fellow Chicago band Shot Baker will jopin Naked raygun on their trek.

If you will not be in attendance at Riot Fest, you may order the 7" here: clickity

Naked Raygun Trivia:
The band broke up in 1992 and save for a one-off reunion in 1997 to celebrate the release of the Last of the Demohicans collection, stayed inactive while band members tended to family business and occasionally other musical projects such as The Bomb and Pegboy.
