That was Jack Black pretending to be John Belushi playing Ben Franklin. I loved Jack Black in "Jesus' Son" and Ackroyd and Belushi are frequently overlooked for their work in "Neighbors"... Ben Franklin founded the US Postal Service, which was the coolest way to flirt before the internet.
