Robin Guthrie (Cocteau Twins) will release a new album, Carousel on Darla Records, September 28th. Guthrie has had a productive year, having issued the Angel Falls EP earlier in the Spring, and will release another Ep
, Songs To Help My Children Sleep, November 17.
Some facts:
1.Guthrie has recently worked with School Of Seven Bells, John Foxx (Mirrorball), Ulrich Schnauss, Harold Budd (two prior collaborative albums in 2007), and Brooklyn’s Mahogany and Apollo Heights.
2. He scored Greg Araki's film Mysterious Skin.
